The short version

Glow collects your email if you subscribe, anonymous analytics to see which pages are useful, and tracks clicks on affiliate links so we know how our recommendations perform. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with brands.

What we collect

Email address (if you subscribe), the details you type into an enquiry form (such as a GLOW House enquiry), basic browser/device info (user-agent, screen size) via analytics, and outbound-link click events on affiliate product links.

What we don't collect

Payment details. Beyond what you give us in a newsletter sign-up or an enquiry form, we only record the technical details described on this page. We don't use cross-site trackers. We don't sell data.

Affiliate cookies

When you click a product link, a cookie is set by the retailer (Amazon AU, Adore Beauty, etc.) so they can attribute your purchase to Glow. This is how we get paid. It costs you nothing.

GLOW House enquiries

If you enquire about hiring GLOW House, we collect the details you enter: your name, brand or company, email, phone, production type, preferred date, number of attendees, hire option and project details. We use them to reply to your enquiry and to arrange any booking. They are stored with Cloudflare and sent to our team by email through Resend. To limit spam we also record your browser's user-agent and a hashed form of your IP address, which we use only to stop repeated submissions. To see or delete an enquiry, write to contact@glow.com.au.

Unsubscribe or delete

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. To delete email data entirely, write to contact@glow.com.au.

Our privacy compliance

This privacy policy was prepared using Privaproof, an Australian privacy-compliance service that provides Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles tooling and templates. Privaproof supplies compliance tools and general guidance, not legal advice.
