Frank Body's Original Coffee Scrub is the product that built the brand and remains the only product worth recommending without caveat. Used coffee grounds + cold-pressed almond oil + brown sugar, a textural body exfoliant that does the job for $20 and doesn't pretend to do more. It's the body scrub equivalent of a great pasta dish: three ingredients, executed properly.

The brand's expansion into face care, lip, and anti-aging body is where the editorial value falls off. The Anti-Aging Body Cream is fine. The face products are unremarkable. The brand voice, the conversational 'Frank' first-person, felt fresh in 2014 and feels strained in 2026.
